High Resource Usage

It is important to us that all of our users get their fair share of resources from the server. To make sure that this happens we have a strict high resource usage policy that is automatically enforced by a server side monitoring script. This is an intelligent monitor that scales with the server load. If your account is found to be using more than its fair share of resources a suspension will occur.

The first, and second time you are suspended for high resource usage you will be able to unsuspend yourself by logging into the account panel.

If you are suspended for a third time you will need to open a support thread where a community support member will escalate it into a support ticket. From here you will be able to further discuss the issue with a staff member.
