A zero tolerance suspension means there are no second chances. You will not get your files back, your account will never be unsuspended. To earn a zero tolerance suspension you would need to break one of the rules in the terms of service you agreed to when signing up with us.

Almost everyone asks, why can't I get my files back or a backup of my account? Please realize that we are offering this service 100% for free. We will not allow our volunteers or staff to waste their valuable time dealing with someone who has failed to follow the few simple rules that would result in a zero tolerance suspension. Using our service is a privilege and not a right. When you decide to break the rules you lose that privilege in its entirety.
