I have sorted putty, cannot seem to click the "OK" button to accept my install of JAVA at the terms and conditions part of the install.

Press Tab or arrow keys until OK is selected.
When it is, just hit enter

Also there aren't that many console apps out there that support mouse based input. In-fact the only one i know of is htop
