VPS not installing anything through Putty

Hi,

I seem to be having a massive problem where my vps is no longer installing anything through putty.
Now I have uninstalled and reinstalled the OS 3 times now.
I am strying to install virtualmin and Webmin using install.sh
It just gets so far into it then hangs forever

I check to see if it was installed on the webmins login but its not.
I dunno whats wrong there but it shouldn't be having this problem
Never had this problem b4.
Is there anything I can do to stop this or anything anyone can do to help me.
I been trying to get this installed for a very long time now.

Thing is I tried Cent OS and it did not do what I wanted it to.
So I have switched back to debian and now I can't install install.sh at all.
Its just stopping half way through.

Any help is needed I am desperate to get the website back online I have been trying to get this setup now for 4 days.

Try to install webmin through this RPM package http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/w...0-1.noarch.rpm

Download this file to VPS and then RUN this command

rpm -U webmin-1.510-1.noarch.rpm

No, it is just webmin.

yeah. I'm trying to get the debian setup that I had for bind, Apache, Sql, and postfix. what ever mail server it was I forgot.
Using this

cd /
wget http://software.virtualmin.com/gpl/scripts/install.sh
chmod +x install.sh
./install.sh

Thing is I updated bind on my last setup and it broken it.. So I had to do a reinstall.
Bind says its not started in Virtualmin but after some research i realised that its not syncing.

But the update still broken the setup I had for bind. I reinstalled bind would not start.
So I wen't to cent OS and didn't like it. Lack of options and configuration.

So now I'm trying to get debian back up with the setup I had.
Because I now know that bind is working its just not syncing with virtualmin so it shows
failed to start.
Unless I can get a minimal setup for apache mysql and bind with mail.
I'm happy.
I would love a setup that uses less ram
Because my forum uses a shoutbox that seems to be heavy on resources i was told it was something todo
with my apache config.
But I checked all that I not to good with it.

yes you are trying the right commands, But if these commands are not working then follow my previous post to install webmin

then open webmin i.e yourvpsdomain:10000 and login with root. Go to modules page and click on install
there put this http://download.webmin.com/download/....79.gpl.wbm.gz and press install

virtualmin is successfully installed now.

No, this will only install webmin and virtualmin. But you can install lamp inside webmin. It is really easy
