What to do after getting VPS?

Hello everyone, I just recently bought VPS from x10 (VPS+Cpanel/B3). However I'm confused how to install cpanel because I bought the cpanel license and thought the cpanel is automatically installed already, when I open the ip address, all I got is apache test page. Does this mean I must install the cpanel manually?

You should be-able to access whmcs via https://yourip:2087
if you cannot, open a ticket at https://clients.x10hosting.com and i can look into it

hello, I would like to ask, how to ask the cpanel? I go to the ipaddress/cpanel and I received login notification and apparently my whm username/pass didnt work
