"A" and "an" before acronyms.

Point of grammar: whether to use "a" or "an" before an acronym depends on the sound of the first letter, not on whether the letter itself is a vowel or consonant. The "H" exception doesn't apply to acronyms (unless you happen to pronounce "H" as "haitch").
