The FTP details you need for your FTP client are:

  • Host: your main domain
  • Port: 21
  • User: your cPanel user name
  • Password: your cPanel password

If you do not know your main domain or your cPanel user name - you can find them - in the Account Portal



Here is a screen-shot from FileZilla
If using FileZilla - To show this click on [ File ] then on [ Site Manager ] then on [ New Site ]

If using FileZilla - After you enter your data - click on [ Connect ]
This will save your setup data and try to connect to your account
