The FTP details you need for your FTP client are:

  • Host: your account's primary (main) domain
  • Port: 21
  • User: your cPanel user name
  • Password: your cPanel password

If you do not know your main domain or your cPanel user name - you can find them - in the Account Portal

To show the connection manager, click on File then on Site Manager then on New Site. After you enter your data, click on Connect. This will save your setup data and try to connect to your account

Remember: You must give the correct password when connecting Cat+2Dogs! is not the same as cat+2dogs!
