The FTP details you need for your FTP client are:

  • Host: your account's primary (main) domain
  • Port: 21
  • User: your cPanel user name
  • Password: your cPanel password

If you do not know your main domain or your cPanel user name - you can find them - in the Account Portal

If using FileZilla - To show this click on File then on Site Manager then on New Site

If using FileZilla - After you enter your data - click on Connect This will save your setup data and try to connect to your account
