How to Receive Hosting Support

The first thing you should do if you need hosting support is to search our forums. (link) If you can't find a solution that works by searching, it might be in this Wiki or in the Knowledgebase. If you still can't find what you are looking for, you have two options.
This is the official way to receive hosting support from x10Hosting. You start by creating a ticker through the Account Management Panel. The ticket is sent to the "Free Hosting Support" Forum in the x10Hosting Forums. We have a huge community and a great team of Community Support Representatives who most likely can solve your problems. If for some reason they are unable to answer your questions, they are able to escalate your support thread into a private ticket between you and the x10Hosting staff. From here you will have access to 1 on 1 support with a staff member who should be able to solve any issues you may have. If your support thread is escalated, it will be closed on the forum. You can then access the private support ticket from the Account Management Panel.
This is not the official way to receive support and there is no guarantee that you will receive help in the chat. Our chat system is an IRC server. Support through IRC is subject to the disponibility of Community Support Representatives on the IRC server. You can use our embedded IRC client or you can use your own client. Our server is irc.x10hosting.com using port 6667. The main channel is #x10Hosting.
