Special group is the title given to the 3 last user groups (Community Advocate, Community Paragon and Community Leader), the Contributor user group and any staff group (Account Manager, Executive Team, Administrator).

Community Assistants are users that are part of the 3 last user groups or the contributor user group.

There are 4 levels that specify the powers of the special groups. The higher the level, the more power the group's member have.
