[[HRU|High Resource Usage]] ("[[HRU|HRU]]") suspensions are caused by an aspect of the account holder's website using an excessive amount of resources.  These limits are fair, and have been implemented to avoid the minority of users from using the majority of resources.  This is a self-unsuspendable temporary suspension, which can be done from the AMP.  After the third suspension of this type, the system may require administrative approval for  further unsuspensions.  A support ticket is required for this [b]and only this[/b].

As part of the Terms of Service for free hosting accounts, you are required to log in to the Account Portal once every 30 days. With this classification of suspension, is it possible to self-unsuspend. Log in to the x10Hosting Account Portal at x10Hosting.com/portal/login.php.
