If your account is suspended and the reason includes the letters "zt" then the likelihood of getting your account back is slim. Only open a support ticket about this type of suspension if you believe it is in error (please note that we can check). Opening a ticket to ask to be unsuspended will get nowhere. You'll just be told what you've read here, and will waste our time in the process.

Account suspension reasons containing the code "ZT" are "Zero Tolerance" suspensions. These suspensions are high severity and there is little to no chance of the account being restored. x10Hosting does, however, entertain tickets requesting an additional manual verification.

Some accounts are suspended for inactivity. This is when the account holder fails to log into the forums the required once every 31 days (posting is not required). You can unsuspend yourself from the account panel for this type of suspension; there is no need to open a support ticket. If you do, you will likely be told to do it yourself from the account panel anyway.

Again, this is a temporary suspension where an account is suspended for High Resource Usage. This means that the account has gone over the limits on resources imposed by the system, and the account has been subsequently suspended. You can unsuspend yourself from the account panel for this, but after the third suspension the system may require you to open a support ticket so staff are aware that you are being suspended so frequently. Always check if you can unsuspend yourself first.

High Resource Usage ("HRU") suspensions are caused by an aspect of the account holder's website using an excessive amount of resources.  These limits are fair, and have been implemented to avoid the minority of users from using the majority of resources. This is a self-unsuspendable temporary suspension, which can be done from the AMP.  After the third suspension of this type, the system may require administrative approval for  further unsuspensions.  A support ticket is required for this and only this.

Account Suspensions

Accounts that do not abide by x10Hosting's comprehensive Terms of Service and Acceptable Usage Policy are suspended. There are various different types of suspension that are detailed below. As part of the sign-up process, you agreed to abide by these policies.

Zero Tolerance

Account suspension reasons containing the code "ZT" are "Zero Tolerance" suspensions. These suspensions are high severity and there is little to no chance of the account being restored. x10Hosting does, however, entertain tickets requesting an additional manual verification.

Inactivity

As part of the Terms of Service for free hosting accounts, you are required to log in to the forums once every 31 days. With this classification of suspension, is it possible to self-unsuspend. Log in to the x10Hosting Account Management Panel at x10Hosting.com/control/login.php.

High Resource Usage

High Resource Usage ("HRU") suspensions are caused by an aspect of the account holder's website using an excessive amount of resources. These limits are fair, and have been implemented to avoid the minority of users from using the majority of resources. This is a self-unsuspendable temporary suspension, which can be done from the AMP. After the third suspension of this type, the system may require administrative approval for further unsuspensions. A support ticket is required for this and only this.
