I connect to ftp and found this script and I unable to delete this script from ftp or cpanel. can someone help me ?

did someone trying to hack my site ?

We're in the process of testing out a few new things with hosting accounts, one of these things include this script. It's made so that users cannot remove or edit it, and it's in every accounts' directory.
