• Error while logging into "Account Management Panel" •

• Hi all! •

I've read a lot about this problem:

An Error Has Occurred
Whoops, an error occurred retrieving your account's data from our system. Please try your request again in a few moments.

on this forum and have been waiting for 24 hours after registraton. So can someone activate my account so I would have my SMF forum to work. My domain is qwerty.x10hosting.com.

P.S. I need to do this:

There has been some recent upgradation on PHP.

Please log into your hosting account management panel at URL http://x10hosting.com/login and scroll down.

There you will find request option for PHP version. Request for Basic PHP Configuration or Intermediate PHP Configuration and test your site.

If it does not work out, then request for Advanced PHP Configuration. Do not request for 'advanced' the first time or your request will be denied.

One more question .. what I should do to make my SMF engine running forum work? Should I change to Intermediate PHP Configuration - Application pending?

It looks like you upgraded to intermediate PHP, it should run fine on that.
