cPanel Login problem?:(

Hey, I've registered on x10 hosting and it says to login to cpanel to build my website, but when i log in to cpanel it says "Login Successful.. redirecting.." then it says "you must specify a username to login"

when the login details are correct?

I've fixed it. If your password is over 8 characters this will happen, even though it's doesn't come up as an error while registering with more than 8 characters.

I had the same problem though my pw is less than 8 characters. :/ The url above did however allow me to access cpanel. Yay!

I've fixed it. If your password is over 8 characters this will happen, even though it's doesn't come up as an error while registering with more than 8 characters.

My password is 18 characters long

I can get to cPanel through the AP and my cPanel URL

My password is less than 8 characters, and I can't login to the link above. I also can't login to the server that cPanel links me to.

My cPanel directs me to the Boru server, if that helps.
