Hi,
The requirements for unmetered disk space are:
* The account must be active for at least 7 days.
* The account must be using at least half of the current disk space limit.
* The account must have a working website that follows the Terms of Service.
Since you do not have a working website, I cannot upgrade your account at this time, unfortunately.

Well, how am I supposed to have a working website when you've capped it to 512MB of space? I signed up here to get free hosting for my website that was working. I uploaded my database and also uploaded my website files here and now my website is not working. You guys tell me that my website is not working because my website files are probably more than 512MB. Ok, so now what? That's the reason I was asking for the upgrade, how else am I supposed to get it working?
I'm new to all of this, so I am really confused right now. I wasn't trying to create a website. I was moving an existing working website that was under a paid hosting over to this free hosting service. I uploaded my website files in a .tar file format which is 511.19MB. If I extract it the file is 551.5MB. When I asked why my website wasn't working, this is the response I got: "

try to re-upload it - then extract it - after you remove the current files in your [ public_html ] folder
that is not true...
make a small (working) Web site - you can do it using less than 300 bytes of disk space

May I ask how exactly your existing website is 551 MB? Does it include a database dump? If so, don't upload that portion of it. If it's lots of images, try downscaling them or saving them as lossy .jpgs instead of lossless .pngs. If it's videos, use a video hosting service. You will not be able to upload a .tar and then extract it at the current size, as in order to do that the size of the tar PLUS the size of the extracted files must be under the 512 MB limit in total. If even after downsizing that will not hold true, you will need to upload the files individually rather than as a .tar.gz
Something I should point out is that files that are 10MB or above in size would be deleted after existence on the account.
If that's the case, you might need to move them somewhere else for viewing like YouTube or DailyMotion.
