(URGENT) Database deleted by itself

Hello,

I don't know if I can post here while I use Premium Hosting but I really need help & x10's customer service team doesn't answer on weekends.

I have some issues with my account.
Everything was working well yesterday evening, but this morning my databases content has been deleted by itself (0.00MB yet, database still exists).
I also saw one week ago that my e-mails account were deleted alone every time I created them (few minutes after).

I have a DB backup from 7 august 2017 but impossible to restore it via the Backup manager.
This message appears everytime I try to restore it:

Restoring Database



Decompressing “foodeatx_test.sql.gz” has pushed “foodeatx” over quota.



Decompression via gzip exited during decompression with a status of “2”.


Plus, I can't access to php my admin, it only shows me a blank page with phpmyadmin logo and it is written "Welcome to phpmyadmin" !


Could anyone help me? I'm hosting a big site from a startup and they aren't really happy.. I tried everything but it looks like my x10hosting account has a problem.

Same is being happened with us too. All my site's are dead at the moment and all my customers are after me. All databases are showing 0MB. Database names are there in cpanel though. I have submitted tickets yesterday afternoon which has not been answered yet. Its affecting SEO, Office work and our services as well. My customers have started to ask for refunds from me. Please help asap.

I have two registered accounts, 1st is for artfulstudios.net (pnkj.btyl@gmail.com). Second is for dainiknavraj.com (rajk7879@gmail.com). We are desperately looking for some response please as we are loosing business.

Hello pnk, "glad" to see that I'm not the only one.
I still haven't got any reply to my tickets, do you have some news?
My client is getting impatient.. I hope they will solve this quickly.

I'll keep you updated if I got something to tell you.

Thanks mate. I am really worried as I haven't invoiced my client yet for the hosting charges. And if he refuses and goes away to some other host then I will have to bear everything on my own. I really wish this gets corrected asap.

I will also keep you updated if something I get to know.

I guess it's because it's Monday Morning in USA right now and they just started answering to tickets. Thought they were here 24/7 but well.

I almost lost my biggest client today it has been a very rude and stressful day for me!
I just transfered all my domains files to my other x10 premium account and added my domain again, but I still have no news from my DB and lost all the website's data (Customers IDS, products, ...).
My client will do an announcement in a big Swiss newspaper this week and if the website doesn't work it will be the end for me !

I'm afraid if this happens again my Business will drown for sure!
Hope they will restore my database and yours too.

Good luck, hope your clients will understand and forgive you for this.

Due to this problem we are providing every user who is affected three months of free hosting. The additional time has already been added to your hosting plan. We apologize for this major inconvenience and I can personally assure you that we are putting systems in place that will guarantee that this problem will never happen again. We can only learn from these unexpected issues as they happen and move forward, unfortunately we are not completely immune to hardware failures of this nature.

Please accept our apologies and know that we are doing everything we can behind the scenes to make sure that your websites stay online.

I am 110% sure he doesnt know what he is saying. I had no database 14 days ago. My hosting accounts were not setup 14days ago. I just purchased their services 1/2 weeks before. Moreover he didnt address why the PHPMYADMIN is not working. He looked to be a novice to me.
