Disk space upgrade request

Hi. I am very happy with the service provided by x10hosting, but I would say that I thought the disk space was "unmetered"? I am reaching the stage now whereby I am having difficulties performing backups due to size restrictions so that leaves little room for expansions.

I did notice mention on https://x10hosting.com/support/account/plans-upgrades-explained that the size could be upgraded, but I cannot find any support email address to request this.

I really don't want to move the site elsewhere, so could somebody please assist me with getting the "unmetered bandwidth and disk space" as advertised?

I have changed your plan to the unmetered one. You should see this reflected in your account shortly.

Please keep in mind that there are still some restrictions as per ToS on disk space usage.
