I've contacted namecheap since I have email hosting from them but connection keeps getting refused. I've got an email from them saying this...

To proceed with the investigation, we need to make sure that ports 465 and 587 are opened for outgoing connections on the side of your hosting provider.
Please check it with the hosting provider and let us know.

Could you please let me know asap thanks.

For starters, what's your domain? Have you setup DKIM and SPF?

https://mxtoolbox.com/domain/forumkernel.xyz/ (Mail Server) shows that you have a SPF record.
To add DKIM in CloudFlare, go to DNS. For the type select "TXT", for Name "default._domainkey" and Content can be found in "Email Authentication" section of cPanel (I think)

Confused sorry? :/ Also pretty sure I had this before and port 587 and 465 didn't still work.

Below is the DKIM record for forumkernel.xyz that I found on ns1.x10hosting.com :
v=DKIM1; k=rsa; p=MIIBIjANBgkqhkiG9w0BAQEFAAOCAQ8AMIIBCgKCAQEAyNemB0Y3BgKwDRMfWggRXM8FPA5fM31PoG3z+/ksWJh0Bb0Kk8ie7+Ea7OKGafNHLvLms67rcLhys/XPZlM0+99l/vSzjowYvuALCRkFceL3DLHXrblotqZKZaqmeIO2/UIuqxaETBApfNBs/UYzLTn95eVfLcwmfW7L9re3PqKMNaOZdwB1d6ZL5XObvA1jCTXJ+eGSjtBJIyjOiuz1F1tr7TbJr0zl7hcwOnGvMyZ/5pP05J2xaRFfMbmcSas5s9nVNA1OWPob2xPs65B+fyNkGXxxfNeA3t8WSP8D2nCaqkdtDgVc1N4ZR0NgarI1U1jVEP1sfxU2+lzBS5Uc5QIDAQAB;

Add that to your CloudFlare DNS, wait for propagation, send an email from cPanel webmail to gmail and see if it shows in spam.

Looks right... Did your domain get deleted? I ran a whois on forumkernel.xyz at https://nic.xyz/whois and it stated "The queried object does not exist: previous registration D60162158-CNIC was purged on 2018-01-30T19:30:11.0Z (DOMAIN NOT FOUND)"
