Need help with Sitebuilder or complete account reset, please?

I had a previous account that allowed me to build my website (piranhaprivacy.com) at X10 (using sitebuilder), but it became corrupt. I tried restoring with no luck, and eventually deleted my account thinking I would simply rebuild everything. After several days of waiting (hoping the account would eventually flush), I created a new account and have since tried to use sitebuilder with no success - it simply redirects to http://builder.infinitysrv.com/ and has a blank page (never loads anything). I've cleared cache, DNS, etc. - used different browsers, etc. No luck.

Not sure how to resolve it - I'm completely fine with deleting all traces of the accounts & sites and starting over from scratch. Sitebuilder is a great tool with nice templates and I really would like to use it and stay here at x10 if at all possible.

Any help you can give is GREATLY appreciated.

Does anyone have the ability to reset Sitebuilder accounts? I have no issues with FTPing in and building a site with a different CMS, but would really like to use Sitebuilder. bump...

Bump - Sitebuilder will not load (can/will someone reset the Sitebuilder account, please)? Anyone?

Should of read the fourums, I have the same issue I restored from a backup file and I got the issue

Sorry blah72x1 - we mus have posted within seconds of each other - no disrespect meant. Yes - I too restored and had problems afterwards. When I was unable to resolve it, I deleted the account all together, waited several days, and created a new account. Now I am unable to use Sitebuilder. Seems like either the account or domain reference within Sitebuilder has an issue preventing it from loading. Sure wish I could get some help (I'm completely fine with starting all over, if only Sitebuilder would work - even if I have to rebuild everything, no problem). Whatever I need to do.

Can anyone direct me to someone who can help with resetting the Sitebuilder account (or domain, or whatever is needed to resolve the issue), please? Sitebuilder just hangs and never loads. Thank you

@piranhap I have ZERO experience with the SiteBuilder and am not a staff member. I would recommend using the Help and reading over the FAQ for SiteBuilder.

Maybe a staff member's help is in order. I have used Sitebuilder in the past without issue and am very familiar with how it works (when it actually does). In this case - there is definitely a system issue (either corrupt account, or something flagged, or...). Is there a way to get staff member assistance to resolve, please?
