When I select "Edit with Sitebuilder" in the My Websites page, a new window opens which is trying to connect to http://builder.infinitysrv.com/ . It hangs loading (actually, never loads - more like times out) - manually refreshing/reloading that page (http://builder.infinitysrv.com/) it errors out on "can't establish connection".
There seems to be something corrupt with my Sitebuilder account - I was able to use Sitebuilder on X10 in the past for several websites and domains, but since restoring a website I have not been able to at all (for any domain/website).
Is it possible to purge\reset the Sitebuilder account, please?
Thank you

Can anyone assist with this, please? Hopefully an Admin will see this and respond...please

This page is used to test the proper operation of the Apache HTTP server after it has been installed. If you can read this page it means that this site is working properly. This server is powered by CentOS. ... Just visiting? The website you just visited is either experiencing problems or is undergoing routine maintenance.

The url works here today, but I had to except a wrong security certificate browser warning. Looks like the site is under maintenance. If you know how, it would probably be quicker to manually install WordPress etc.

Or probably any other CMS...no issues FTPing in, but that's not the problem that I'd like resolved. Sad that you may be right (quicker to manually install WordPress). At this point, I'm still holding out for actual support. (please if some Admin is reading this)

I am still unable to use SiteBuilder (for any domains)...fairly certain an issue with the account. Is any Admin capable of resetting/purging/DeleteAndRecreate/whateverisrequiredtoresolve this issue, please? A friendly response to this or even an email to me directly to help resolve would be greatly appreciated - please! Thank you

Unfortunately for me, still nothing (no response or feedback)...I have even left X10 voice-mail messages and have heard nothing back as of yet. If anyone can get this escalated to an Admin I would greatly appreciate it!! Please. Thank you

Still no go?

1. you can log into cPanel, right?
2. in cPanel, you're going down to the 'SiteBuilder' button.
3 that button then takes you to that url that's playing up?
(I just checked mine http://builder.infinitysrv.com/ is working)

You have to have your browsers cookies on, and FIRST be logged into cPanel (creates a session ID) BEFORE trying to enter the site builder.

You on a free account?

If it's a free account and still blank, I'd delete it and re-join .. takes all of a few minutes.
A fresh account should iron out what ever is going on.

1. Yes (not a problem logging in to cPanel
2. Once cPanel loads, under the "My Websites" link (where the sites are created/listed), I choose "Edit with SiteBuilder" which launches another window that tries to connect to http://builder.infinitysrv.com/ (it never loads) - to clarify, I have used it in the past so I am aware of the requirements - I believe the issue is an account problem (several browsers, etc. - all have same problem)

Deleting the free account is an option which I have already tried. This is the point at which I am at now (a new account with the same problem, but the email address used for the account is the same, therefore this is where I believe the issues lies).

A fresh account did NOT iron out whatever is going on. One additional note - there is a 72 hour window that must pass prior to creating a new account (waiting period until the account is actually purged and the email address can be used again).

Again, I believe if an Admin would actually see this and reach out it could be resolved fairly quickly.

Thank you for your effort though. Just trying to get the attention of someone with the authority to reset the account (within SiteBuilder would be my guess).
