Account Suspension Due to Inactivity

I'm wondering why I still received an email about my account being suspended due to inactivity when I have already logged in to my cpanel many times. Is it false email? because my hosting is still active right now, and I can still access my websites. It worries me a lot because of the email. Please answer this. Thank you

You must login via https://x10hosting.com/sso/login to reset the inactivity days, not directly to cpanel it does not count.

I did it already. I clicked the link on the first warning email. Why is it that I still received that account suspension email?
