Website is working but it still shows suspended whenever I attach the link to fb messenger. See attached file.

attaching the link to fb messenger might be in breach of x10 hostings terms and condition causing your suspension. suspensions need to be resolved first before your website will function properly.

if the site using any content delivery network (CDN) like cloudflare try to login then clear it's cache. Or add a front/static/sticky page or post if applicable (like index.ph. Since it showing nothing like that when directly accessing the site and it's giving me "page not found".

When posting a link to a fb messenger or the like it need a front post or page to show it's content.

He/her site is not suspended. It just there no properly assigned a front page/post to be shown a picture/preview of the site in messenger.

Go to https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing/ and write your url in the tool then scrape your site to renew the thumbnail and website info in facebook's cache.

This is a much better solution than mine. Thank you for the information. Still his/her site will show the "temporary suspension" if he/her still didn't provide front post/page. It still show "not found" when directly visit it.

At the moment, the site is showing "Error establishing a database connection".
