Hi, I'm currently at 98% of my 512Mb disk space how do I go about requesting unlimited space?

There's no longer an option to go to unlimited diskspace. What we do is double the space and if you need we can double it again at a later point (you would then have to use all initial space plus half of the last added space).
Before making any changes to the account however you would need to post back from the correct forum account to confirm the account as the one you currently post from is not linked with any hosting. The fourm name is the same as the hosting username for the account you ask about.
