Your prime subscription ended in 2016. The prime accounts were continued to have no login requirement past one year due to a technical issue, but the invoice does say it ends a year after the start date.

So, when these used-to-be prime accounts were moved to the new servers, they were flagged for deletion like every other not prime account. I'm not seeing any login from your account at any point other than today, so I doubt that is accurate, but I have no means of verifying it.

I'm going to move this into the free hosting support forum where it will get more attention. I'm also flagging it for admin review. As of yesterday, there were accounts being restored, but I'm just now logging in for the day and I don't know what progress has been made in the last 24 hours.

I removed your invoice from the post. The administrators can see your original post with the invoice. Non-mods can't see it and don't need your private information.

I am unable to do that, as I only have access to minimal read-only information about your site. At this time, x10 is not creating new accounts while the new integration software for the forum, DA, email notifications, etc. etc. is finished. It's nearly completed and it's anticipated to be done before the end of the month, but as you can see in the news forum, no date has been set.

Most likely, our resident administrator Anna will see this when she starts her routine in a few hours and she will provide more information. I'd recommend that you sit tight for a minute and she'll have more information than I do. You can also try the x10 Discord channel, but the administrators that are in this time zone are focused on the new software, not on support tickets.

I'm taking your database file out of your post. Please keep your files unless they are requested by an administrator. This forum is publicly available for anyone to read and I don't want anything to find its way into the wrong hands. Even if it's a just a blog, it doesn't need to be part of some weirdo's personal collection of blog databases.

Ok. That should be everything the admin team needs. Your forum account and your x10Hosting account are linked correctly, so they can see everything they need just by looking at your forum user name.

There is a requirement to log in at least once every 30 days to keep a free hosting account active. As Garret pointed out, the Prime purchase was valid for a year, eventhough the system inaccurately have seen your account as still being a Prime account up until now (backend still do which is why you have gotten away with not logging in, but this past purge was manually initiated).

Initially we said cutoff for restores would be one week, purge was started on the 4th or March, meaning in reality we should not restore anyone past Thursday last week, though we extended it a little bit extra.

You're lucky though that the restore is still possible for your account, they'll be cleared out any day now (and I thought that they would have been already). I'm running the restore now and the account should be good to go in a few minutes.

@garrettroyce it is indeed accurate that the log shows no login, that would be the case with some of the older accounts that upgraded to Prime, if they are old enough the login requirement was initially on the forums as well. Can't say with certainty when it was switched to be panel logins. Those users probably had no reason to go through the SSO panel and logged in directly on cPanel, which would not be logged at all.
