Resolved My web site is not accessible

Hello,
like some users, my site (http://villasapotille.x10.bz) doesn't seem to work since the switch to the new servers.
I can connect to "DirectAdmin" without any problem, but no info is available.
Is there anything special I need to do to restore it?

Looks like your account didn't transfer properly, but it was likely working up until a few weeks ago due to the fact the old severs was still online. Now that they have been decommissioned this caused your domain to stop working.

I'll restore the account from our most recent backup that was taken just before the servers was taken offline.

I'll post back when I have done so, should be about 20 minutes if all goes well.

Ps. this type of issue is best reported immediately.

re-PS: I've been using your service for free for many years and having seen your efficiency and professionalism, and knowing what this kind of work represents, I didn't want to play the big heavy ...

... and just a small question, living in Martinique (French West Indies), I wanted to know if it will be possible to create a new account in the near future. (Not in the white list) ?

In a near future it should be possible to create a new account, not sure exactly which countries will be allowed but I'm guessing it will be the same as currently are allowed. So if yours is not in the whitelist, it is probably not going to be possible.

Also, if you were thinking about an account for your own sake, as an individual you are only allowed to have one free hosting account, having multiple will get all accounts suspended.
