Your issue is different than the one in the thread you used.

Your DNS did not transfer correctly. I'm asking an admin to help with this.

Looks like your account didn't transfer properly, the account is there but it is missing more then just the proper DNS settings.

I'll have to restore the account from our most recent backup that was taken just before the servers was taken offline.

Did you upload/change anything through DirectAdmin and/or FTP after the migrations? If so you may want to make sure those are backed up locally before I go ahead, as restoring from backup means I wipe the current account completely.

For the content it is not a problem, but now the site no longer responds

"Connection time out

The kapatz.x10host.com server is taking too long to respond."

Ping kapatz.x10host.com [198.91.81.6] with 32 bytes of data:
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Request timed out.

by accessing the web panel I cannot find my domain kapatz.x10host.com and I cannot create it as it is already present
thank you so much

Yes, and the fact the domain is missing from the account is an indication transfer didn't go as expected.

The domain likely worked, being served from the old server, until those were decommissioned a while back.

Re-doing the transfer from backup is the best option as there could be something more then the domain that is broken, which is why I asked if you made any changes that you need to backup
