My account was suspended because of use of a VPN or Proxy. However I'm not able to login to appeal. I used Bitvise a few times to copy files from my site, other than that I login as usual. Is that the problem? How do I get this suspension lifted?
Okay, so I was/am not using it (Bitvise) but my account is still suspended; its been over a week...? Who can I message to take a look into getting me back online?
I am accessing directly from the webpage with my usual browser... does this mean something like Bitvise an SSH client, that I started to use occasionally to upload and download files, cant be used? If so how should I un-do its presence, since its a per login application only?
I have recently noticed my email will receive fine, but will not send emails outside my domain, i.e. I can send to my self admin@thebraintreecompany.x10.mx but it will not send to braintree.company@gmail.com. This happens even on webmail so it is not my mail settings...????
