Read his post again! Not his problem! His problem is that x10 detects he is on a proxied connection or his ISP has been blacklisted. Not that his site redirects to an SSL. He is trying to log into his cpanel, not setup SSL with his domain.

Wrong. This is not the issue, as a redirect wouldn't block him from accessing the website. This is an issue with x10.

Wrong! Bitvise is a SSH/Telnet client, however is NOT a proxy, VPN, or TOR relay, so this shouldnt affect your connection to the site.
