    Thanks for your time, Ana. Finally I could fix it. It's a problem with router firewall security level. if I choose high level, I can't access to CPANEL. With middle level I can access to CPANEL.

    thanks but i don't know. I haven't this problem lasts times I traied to access CPANEL. My router (ZTE F660) opens used ports automatically thanks to UPNP protocol, or it says my internet provider.

    PostgresSQL data base

    I'm trying to create a database with PostgreSQL but every time I try to accessPostgreSQL from my cPanel I get this message: The PostgreSQL server is Currently offline. If I try to access phpPgAdmin, this tells me that there is a login error, but I can change my password or do anything.
