I tried them all but still can't get in. How do you know which server you are on? When you log in directly is the username and password the same as when you log into the forum and the general website? Any other suggestions? Thanks for your help!

I am having this problem now.

Anyone having problems accessing their account? It keeps telling me that they are having problems signing me in. I even tried changing my password with no luck. Of course, today is the day I was finalizing my site to show to a client. I emailed support@x10hosting.com but haven't heard...
