It turns out I missed that crucial step of actually adding the account to the database. Its working now.

Hi all, this is a very dumb question, though I can't for the life of me find .htcaccess in any directories.
I'm wanting to disable caching for certain things (I'm using plain html that changes often, and chrome keeps caching it).
Any help on the matter would be appreciated.
