You need to delete the sub from your cpanel (don't delete the files), then go to http://x10hosting.com/panel -> modify your account and change your current domain to the one you want. Then go back to cpanel and add the subdomain.

Thank you much :)

Yeah, here's the file you want: http://www.ohloh.net/p/phpbb/download?filename=phpBB-3.0.4.tar.bz2

download it (don't unzip it!) then upload it to your site via CPanel -> file manager or FTP

Put it in the folder Public_Html

highlight it and press the extract button

Then you just need to go to yoursite.x10hosting.com and it will ask you a few questions.

The important part is the database. You will have to create the database in CPanel -> Mysql Databases. Call it whatever you want, probably phpbb or forum, something easy. Then, in the same tool, create a user, again name doesn't matter and a password. I recommend using the generate password button because it makes very secure passwords and you don't ever have to type in the password after installation. Copy the password. Then, add the user to the database, again in the same tool.

They're pretty much the same. File manager is less hassle, unless you have the FTP up and running already. Actually, I forgot the webdisk (use the webdisk tool in CPanel). That works like a regular folder on your computer.
Edit:
You need to be in file manager either way to extract the files, so might as well start with file manager.

oh no, I forgot. Just forgetalk.co.cc :)
Edit:
It looks like either you haven't extracted the file yet, your files are in a sub folder (there should be files in public_html, not just another folder), or your files are not in public_html

I think you got the folders, but you're missing the files.

public_html/phpBB3/index.php etc should be in public_html/index.php
