While you are registering it shows that you should upload the site to x10 only in 3 languages those are Engish/spanish/french

It is zero tolerance policy. so your account remains suspended.

Thank you for your response, but this discrimination, I'm not English-speaking people, and I do not see this need, if I have a blog, that I should translate my post in English, French or Spanish? it is not logical. :dunno:

You can use your own language until you are providing 1:1 translation to one of the English/French/Spanish languages. Means exact copy of your site should be available.

While registering it says so. It is there in even TOS

I still think it's discrimination, because no one is not obliged to know these languages, with such a policy, you will lose users who plan to move to a paid service for your hosting. And in vain ...
My Account still remains to freeze?!

PS. : Solve problems with your Vbulletin forum, because after each of my post at the end of the tag is:
Edit:
you do not understand me, but I have a request, I really need to backup the database, you can arrange this?? please!!!

If you plan to move the restrictions are less you can see TOS here --> http://x10hosting.com/tos-paid-hosting.php

And the hosting plans are http://x10hosting.com/premium.php

With x10 vbulliten there is no problem. Only you are getting it. Check once.

Hello,

As gsonline has stated, it is mandatory that your website must be available as well in one of the 3 supported languages. Keep in mind that you are receiving this service for FREE, and that there is only a few requirements, such as logging in the forums and having a website in one of the supported languages. If you don't want to follow these rules, you are free to leave, no one holds you back. Also, premium hosting doesn't have the language restriction, so you could have had your website in any language over there... By the way, you seem to be able to speak relatively well English, you could have made the translation.

Lastly, your suspension is part of the http://forums.x10hosting.com/free-hosting/105902-zero-tolerance-policy.html which means that your account will remain suspended.

Can I get a back-up their database or not?
You do not respect other Members area, with damages caused by such rules of language. I'm sorry, but this is not correct and not correct your behavior with users, nor any respect. :eek4:
I just want the database may restore or not?

As it has been stated a couple of times, zero tolerance suspensions are permanent, so you'll get no backup, no files, no settings, no database.
Also, on a side note, you seem to be the first user to complain about the language rule... making a translation is not too hard, but it seems it's too late now.
If you want to leave, I recommend this alternative. They don't have any language restrictions.

No, he cannot. Zero Tolerance means Zero Tolerance, no backups, no data retrieval. At all. Zero Tolerance is in place because folks simply don't read the TOS during signup, and thus ZeroTol was created so x10 doesn't have to keep reminding users that they have to have it translated to english, spanish, or french manually (no automated translations as of december 1st), no warez, no porn, no proxies, etc. If you break one of the ZeroTol rules, the account goes away, and x10 isn't required to give backups once your account has been suspended for breaking the TOS.
