hosting account

this would be about the 4th request that i have made to get my hosting account linked to my account management panel, my forum account, my hosting account, cPanel all linked backed together everytime i get a response from some one and reply to them nothing seems to happen, i know that x10hosting has been undergoing some upgrade issues and adding hardware but this is getting to be an issue, is there anyone team member that is able to fix this problem for me. here are my details once again

hosting account: www.hauntedwa.x10hosting.com
account management user name: jtaah
forum user name: jtaah
cpanel user name: james
server: chopin (i am pretty sure)

Yes my website is working but not correctly it is the above links as mentioned that need to be fixed ok
