Hello the upload limit is 64mb-128mb depending on what setting you have in your configurations, what script or file are you trying to upload?

You should upload it via Ftp that would be the best.

Cpanel offers configurations for ftp programs, so you don't need to do setting. You can download filezilla ftp client to do this.

Just open filezilla or any other ftp client and follow this info

connection name:- whatever you like put here

address:-ftp://your.site.address

port:-21

connection mode:passive

Your ftp user name and password. If you don't know then find it in cPanel.

Leave other settings as it is.

Also there is faqs(sticky) in free hosting support section read them, they will help you.
