Unsuspend account "eliasr" on chopin

Hi Guys

Unfortunately while the Chopin, and free servers issues. I try to make a backup of my site and my account was suspended due "high system resource usage".

So now I need to request a manual unsuspension.

I unsuspended it. I believe that suspended accounts were not transfered and will have to be done manually. Will keep you updated.

After create the support ticket, I receive an email that confirms the unsuspension of my account but my website:

elias.exofire.net

display this message:

Wbesite especified does not exist

I noticed too that can't access to my cpanel.

So I need to request a transfer?

As I mentioned, they will have to manually move your account over.

Once all the unsuspended accounts are transfered, you will be able to manually transfer your account through the account control panel.

Hello, thank you very much.

All looks very well, I'm only have problem with my sub and addon domains.

Code:
casablanca.elias.exofire.net -> elias.exofire.com/casablanca

Show a error message displayed by cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

Code:
saloncasablanca.com.mx ->elias.exofire.net/casablanca

Displays the same error.

I look into cPanel and the setting (of the sub and addon) are gone but in my control panel the info is there. Then re-setting the configuration in cPanel but there is not change (DNS's flushed).
