free user - visiting forum or portal

Regarding free hosting, before you noted that user have to visit forum. I visited forum few times last month (with login), but my account is suspended with unclear note: I didn't make login on account portal ?
What is right, visiting forum or portal ?
Each user should receive exact information (specially if you change rules).

The correct way is to visit the account portal. The best way is always to visit the account portal first through the favorites tab. It's really handy sinse the account portal have a direct link to both forum and cpanel and with the unified user profile there is no need to acknowledge the account credentials again.

Yes, it is very confusing, especially when you go to the Useful Information forum and read the post on Inactivity Policy:

x10Hosting has always and will always have an inactivity policy. Our policy is that you must login to the forums at least once every 31 days to keep your hosting account active.

Perhaps the admins should update that post with accurate, current information, which is that you must log into the Account Portal once every 30 days. I know it says that in the News and Announcements section, but the more announcements issued in the future, the more buried the post in that section will become.
