Why wont cPanel let me login?

Hi,
X10hostings version of the cPanel wont let me login.

I went to x10 hosting, loged in then went to portal, then i went to access Cpanel, tried to login, but it just kept looping, it said login successful, then loops back to the login again.

Whats wrong?
