Why can't I connect to the VPN ?!

I'm using windows 7. I did this:

  1. Use the start menu (or right-click on the wireless/LAN connection icon in the lower right-hand notification bar) to open the "Network and Sharing Center"
  2. On the main screen, select "Create New Network Connection"
  3. Select the "Connect to a workplace" (it also says VPN in the description)
  4. Select "Use my internet connection (VPN)"
  5. Fill out the next part with the following information:
    • Internet Address: server1.x10vpn.com
    • Username: Same one used to log into x10VPN.com
    • Password: Same one used to log into x10VPN.com
    • Domain: Not required
  6. Click continue and connect

BUT, I'm getting "Error 800" - what can I do ?

You can do noting right now, the VPN server has internal problem for 2 days think. According to the track record, it takes days to fix due to something that implementing.

In fact, I am getting error 8xx right now.
