Accidently deleted database

I accidently deleted database on my site could please anybody help me. i am really worried about it
my main domain site is virsapunjabi.x10.mx
and parked domain is virsapunjabi.com

Hello,

I'm afraid if you deleted the database from the server, it can only be recovered from any backups you have made yourself. As stated in the terms of service, it is your job to maintain backups of your site including databases.
