VOX Cpanel licence violation and Web Site Database Connection Error issues

[1] Cpanel login gives the follwoing error message

This server is currently not licensed. Please contact the server administrator. Other services available on this server such as web services are likely functioning normally. (Unknown License File Sum (has=,needed=23,length=0).)

I'm getting a 500 error when I try to access cPanel and a load of database errors when I try to acces my webpage.
