The page can't be load again

Is there anybody can help me and explain me why the site builder can't be load?
One of the support memeber fixed it but it stuck agin and I can't edited anymore?
anyways which I can fix the problem myself?

I just added two codes from PayPal that is the only things I added and I am not so proffessional to creating the web pages that's why I use site builder!

The scripts from paypal are probably what was causing this to happen.

Unfortunatley thats is the cause it does not let me to modify again please fix it again.

it seems it works when I attach the code to the box in html format.
it is loading now

It is not loading again maybe because I use the french alphabet and that's why it is not compatible with xhosting!
