Phpmyadmin 401 Access Denied

I'm trying to access the Phpmyadmin else is giving error 401. Can you tell me what's going on?

Same error is happening to me right now, on top of that, the site was disabled apparently for "High Resource Usage". Can't open any database in phpmyadmin, and I have to constantly re-enter my login details everytime I click on anything.

You can install your own version of phpMyAdmin and use it just like any other PHP/MySQL based application. Download at https://www.phpmyadmin.net/downloads/
