Thanks for the response - much appreciated. Would love to try it, but you seem to have security system which stops me from logging in if you cannot detect where I am signing in from!!! Aargh! Get this message :

You're attempting to sign-in from Unknown, but your account was registered from United Kingdom.

To protect the security of your account the sign-in has been disallowed because of this.

If this is a mistake or if you need urgent access, please email support@x10hosting.comand include your account's email address, username, or domain name.

And I have sent you an email :)

Where are you trying to sign in from? Are you using a VPN or proxy?

Nope - same system as I have been on all day...same system I registered with. Messed around a bit with firewall ports but that is all...

Oh - and the FTP is now working - many thanks Dead-i. I can apparently get on to to that, but not sign on to access CPanel....

The cPanel sign-in issue should be resolved, there was an issue with a provider we use for IP vetting.
