help on web error

just encountered an error to my site, both desktop and mobile, below are the error messages, cleared all cache and history but to no avail. im using firefox by the way.

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

You're site seems to be working fine for me, are you sure it's not you're browser or something? Try restarting you're internet then see what happens. If still nothing wait for the Support Team to assist you
