Inactivity suspension during short period

Hello. Today I realized that my account was suspended due to inactivity. It is very strange cause I have been into control panel last time 16 days ago. Why then account (ntsite) get disabled during such short period?

The only thing that counts as "activity" is logging into the SSO portal at https://x10hosting.com/sso/login/ . If you've been going directly to cPanel (or using FTP or what have you), bypassing the portal, then you haven't been "active" as far as the system is concerned.
