Can't park domain . How to remove DNS entry?

Hi when I try and park my domain I get this message: DNS entry for “laurenbannonmusic.com” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed. I took the site down a few weeks ago as my sister's manager requested it but she has a new manager now and wants it back up and I can't get it to work.
Please can someone help? Thanks.

Hi, please can someone help. I noticed that on other posts the staff members had managed to remove DNS entry.
