403 & 302 errors

Hello,
I can't reach my website due to 403 & 302 errors. Does anybody else have this problem as well? Could anybody look into it and help, please?

Hi,

The .htaccess file in your home directory contains this line:

deny from all

If you delete this file, this should solve the 403 Forbidden issue.

Hello Dead-i,
I did what you'd advised and now when I try to reach my site I get to Website temporarily disabled page. What does it mean? It couldn't be high resource usage problem as I've been unable to reach my website for some time.
